Hi thank you for all the detailed videos on goat. Really appreciate. Could you advice if we can keep buck with doe all the year long, or do buck needs to live separate from doe in a separate pan and only left with doe while she’s on heat for two months ? Thank you

What size pail do you use? The link doesn’t send me to a specific size pail. Should it hold 1 quart? 4 quarts? How much milk should a goat make in one milking - typical averages at peak?

I’m not sure what type goat you have but my Nigerian dwarf goat will give me about 2-3 cups each time I milk her. My neighbor has regular Nubian goats and she gets a lot more at each milking. Hope this helps! 😊

How many jars would you suggest to have on hand?

Jswife 4life I own a ton of half gallon jars but I use them for a lot of other things too. I would say a package of 6 (I think they come in?) would be a good place to start. And if you don’t need them all they are great for storing other things.
