Hello, iPhone user and amateur astrophotographer here, I can get a picture similar to that with a 30 second exposure on my 15 pro max, Apple doesn’t have those exact features and it’s one of the things I wish Apple implemented but it’s night mode is so good I can’t complain too much lol. I got a picture the other night where you can see the milky way in a decently high light pollution area

@@Astro_cam1 Hi, I believe with iPhone Pros you can take photos in RAW format just like the S24 Ultra, there just isn't any preset to make the stars stand out so you'll have to export the raw file and bring it into lightroom for example. It's a bit longer to do with iPhones but you can do basically the same thing

@@EdenDelire On my Pixel 8 Pro, the astrophotography mode has a 4 minute exposure, which can take in significantly more light than a normal or even 30 second photo. While I do believe that you will still be able to get pretty good photos using the iPhone camera, the Pixel will still be able to take in more detail because of how long the exposure is

If you use a sky tracker app like heavens above, you can easily catch some satellites (like the starlink 'trains') or the ISS. Honestly incredible how well it works for having such a small sensor, getting similar results would usually require a mid tier DSLR with an intervalometer and plenty of stacking/editing on a PC. The results aren't exactly flawless, but the convenience more than makes up for that.

In regular pro mode you can set the shutter to be really slow, like 30 seconds or more. I get good night photos using a stand with the adjusted shutter.

Guys should I buy the S23 FE I trust samsung since they make some of the best Android Flagship but in My country (India) it comes with exy 2200 and not 8+ gen 1. Nope astro photography is different, google pixel introduced it and its like phone taking 100+ pics in intervals of total 1-3 min, which captures the star light and make it look good and vibrant Also all phones has same megapixel cameras and raw pics are same, its upto the software optimisation of different companies which make different photos look good like apple, samsung, xiaomi so in short every photo is an ai photo😂 mostly apple because it has to do more work with their 12 mp cameras
