#92 Navratan Series 6

This Piece is inspired by the south Asian Jewelry style called Navratan.
** I apologize for my poor editing skill.**
Pouring Medium: Sherwin-Williams "Infinity" Base C High Gloss, Minwax Polyacrylic and Jo Sonja Varnish in 2:1:1 ratio (for Acrylic paint), however, for pigments the PM needs to be thicker, so I added Rust-oleum triple thick polyurethane with my PM in 1:1 ratio.
My cell activator (the black paint at the end): Proportion of Floetrol, paint, glue all and Minwax wood conditioner is 4:2:2:1
Base coat: 8 parts Walmart interior paint with 1 parts GAC 800 and 1 part floetrol, the red did not have any floetrol.
Acrylic paints used: Pearl White {Folkart} and Yellow, Gold by Art Minds, 24K Gold by Decoatr Americana
Pigments used [Primary Elements] :

Emerald
Mystic Blue

I'm really enjoying your Navratan series and watching your detailed modifications, thank you. Your work is so peaceful and a pleasure to watch as you speak only when necessary or when you have something instructional to share. I don't know if the colours would suit Navratan but I would love to see a deep purple on the bottom base coat and the tiniest tint of mauve in the white paint on the top of the canvas. If mauve isn't suitable, perhaps a very pale light blue on top?

hello, really really beautiful! a question: why does the gold color mixed with pouring lose its brilliance? it goes out, it is no longer gold. how can i make it remain a beautiful gold color? Thanks as always.

It actually doesn't, it dies down a little, when I resin, it wakes up again. If you watch at the end of the video, I showed the finished product with all it's glory,
