You were so close getting over the fist time. There is a climb trail called Ant Battle you can use to get across to HTT. Either via Deanei Run or Scribbly Connector. Across the creek from bottom of BHD. Pretty sure it's sign posted 😬

I actually went back a few weeks ago and took another go at it. Much better the second time and easier to navigate. No GoPro on that ride but I’ll make another video later at Mill Creek when new bike arrives when I can tackle some of the terrain better out the back

Steve T yeh I have. It was much easier to navigate second time round. New bike made Black Hawk Down a lot more fun to ride too.

The trails are actually very well maintained. Just need to go with someone who kcan show you around. You missed most of the best parts
