Many comments on the way he speaks. To me it is nice. Feels more human and authentic, less like a salesman. That aside, @5:45 what is that painting doing at the bathtub, lol

Hi Melvin, if its connected to another counter, i.e. not a stand alone counter, then its a peninsula, not an island.
@woodywp70105 жыл бұрын
babaseng yes it is a peninsula. Melvin likes to randomly throw in words and keywords without understanding what they really are.

rooms too small , the stairs not suitable for bed room. Imagine if you family members walking up and down to access the rooftop garden. More suitable for a yuppie couple. The units also badly lack wardrobe space. Master bedroom is tiny.

Roof terrace with all views blocked is a total waste of space. I am using mine as a store now.

James Yap I agree. That roof terrace is totally unnecessary since the view is blocked.

I know he’s trying to sell, but I’ve noticed he makes it sound better than it is, he will show a 3 metre square room and say you can fit a king bed, which I guess would be possible but it would take up literally the entire room. Then in the dining spot the table will have like 4 chairs and he’ll say it can fit 8 people, I understand why but he stretches everything too much to make it sound better than it is

Very bad fengshui in this place. Both from developer and also from owners. Once you open the door, you see a mirror on the opposite wall. If you didn’t scare yourself with that, then your eyes in the direct line of sight is to see the sink! Sink and stove directly on the right once the main door opens. Master bedroom has a window on the back wall. Exposed pipes. The worst is the corkscrew stairs right in the centre of the house. Very squeezy to walk past the cockscrew stairs to the living room. You can see how Melvin has to squeeze a bit to get to the living. And to put a bookshelf under the stairs is a bad idea. Who on earth want to sit under the corkscrew stairs and read a book? Oppressive. Walking up the cockscrew stairs and seeing the back of the person working on the computer is terrible. Overall, the cockscrew stairs is really really really bad. It affects the fengshui of the whole unit and worst is it’s almost in the centre of the whole unit... Good luck to the new buyer.

Melvin, get a copy writer or Scriptwriter to check your sales pitches because you can't keep saying the words "very very" or "nicely done" every 20 seconds, it makes the presentation very unprofessional.

Seriously is really 'very very' irritating. He said 'very' or 'very very' 15 times in this video and 'fantastic' 4 times! And he keeps crossing his leg. Is really very very distracting. And again, everything is so dream perfect in the review. The part where he said 'the roof terrace is not overly huge and is just nice'. What kind of comment is that? Why is that good when the terrace is not overly huge? It's really trying to hard to justify everything.

Look into a mirror at home and say the word “seen”. Then come back to all your videos and watch how you pronounce seen.
