Very quaint town with an educated, “progressive” population of 7000. Real estate is about 300% higher than most other places.

@@clifford7594 No real change since the 1980's. Think the last real new multi-unit builds were in the 1970's. Apart from some name changes The Serial by Cyra McFadden is still pretty true to life. The only best selling book about Mill Valley. Which the Book Depot has never stocked. A friend once asked if they stocked it and the lady behind the counter pretended she had never heard of it. Still a sore point among the older folk it seems. The movie is very funny too. Made in the late 1970's. Some great location shots around town. Not much has changed.
