It's unfortunate the company is not online because he believes "the customer will advertise" . that's the problem with most zim brands or companies, they focus only on "on the ground" advertising. People outside zim want to find these places online with reviews before they go there. Starbucks didn't get to where it is because of "on the ground" advertising.
