Almost 20 years after being built and I finally get to see the roof close during a 9 minute rain delay. 8-27-2019 Brewers vs Cardinals

Jealous, I haven't made it there yet. Being from NY I remember how big of a deal this stadium was when it was built. We were eyeing it like why can't we have that! Also, love the music that field officials chose to play while closing the roof. 🤣 perfect, and you can never go wrong with CCR.

I was at very first game there, exhibition versus whitesox, every body stayed just too see roof open and close after game

That's a lot of moving weight. It's not a fast process for a reason. Also, contrary to your supposed beliefs, Wisconsin can have rain storms that last longer than ten minutes. You probably won't believe this, but at the exact time I'm writing this, it's been raining outside my house for over four hours!

Not sure how fast you expected 24 million pounds of steel to move. Remember they also have to stop it from moving. If it was moving fast more friction would be required to slow it down.
