Great run. Seemed to pace it really steady picking off some that had set off a bit quick.

Cheers ! Got a little caught up at the start but wanted to keep the pace feeling as even as I could, especially ahead of the racing that weekend!

Yeah, it went well, had cross country relays that afternoon, which was muddy and hilly, but good fun, then the Yorkshire 10 mile on Sunday, while very wet, was probably the fastest 10mile I've run for quite some time (vid coming soon)

Excellent running in the conditions. A three lapper with an out and back wouldn't be my idea of fun, not on a fast day at least.

Thank you Garth. When dry, (and when I don't have 2 more events on that weekend) it is a fast course, even with the 3 out and back sections.
