Passed today with 9 minors. my tips is to keep going and completely forget about the mistakes. carry on keep your heads up and drive safely. Think of it as normal driving so you reduce the nerves and just drive and before you know it you'll be back at the test centre. Thank you so much for all the videos, it really helped a lot. God bless you.

Your roundabouts are mind boggling with many lane changes within. Australia's are easier though some drivers need education and some shouldn't be on the roads. As long as you plan ahead it'll be alright but a non-local would have nightmares. Good video, again.

Really helpful video Aman, thank you. Millie is a great driver. If you’re approaching a roundabout that you aren’t familiar with, how can you tell whether to treat it as a ‘normal’ roundabout, or a spiral roundabout? Thanks!

Hey they are both the same approach and lane markings Spiral roundabouts have very clear road markings but giveway roundabouts sometimes you have to checks be count towards your exit

Quick question. You are on your driving test and at a busy roundabout onto a dual carriageway. There is a large vehicle (e.g., a bus) on your right which enters the roundabout blocking your view. Should you enter the roundabout using the bus as a shield (and potentially risking a serious fault) or wait until it has fully cleared causing you to miss the gap, holding up vehicles behind you and possibly getting a driver fault/serious for undue delay/obstructing flow of traffic?

realised i forgot to comment on one of the mock test passes, you gave directions for the girl in advance, so it was a left, then right, then right, I'm really bad at remembering simple things like this, will the examiner do the same thing in the test? coz I've also seen elsewhere people have a driving period where the examiner tells you where you're going constantly, and then there's the other period where you follow the satnav?
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
Hey 4/5 test are 20 minutes on sat nav And 1/5 they give you signs to follow for 20 minutes or they can give you a series of directions but they tell you these instructions when stationary and you can always ask if you forget You can keep asking But they usually just say follow signs now

Are there any clues to know whether what kind of right turn it’ll be when there are already cars waiting in the middle. Do you know whether it’s an offside turn because they’re positioned more to the left (because they have to past on the left) and more forward towards you, also the wheels slightly turning to the right? And a way of knowing if it’s a near side turn is if you can see the opposing cars passenger door? Please reply and clarify

In the beginning where Millie was leaning in front to look at the blindspot from the mirror. The same can be used when changing lanes? I.e. leaning forward, looking at the mirror instead of looking over the right shoulder

At one roundabout where we were taking 3rd exit. After 2nd exit you asked millie to stay on your right lane and so she exit on right hand lane. And you said now you can move to left when it safe.. my question is shouldn't we move to leftnlane after 2nd exit if safe, so that we can do 3rd exit on left lane ?

When leaving a roundabout from the inner lane, do we switch into the left lane of the exit straight away to avoid being undertaken?Or are we supposed to stay in the right hand lane and change to the left when safe, to avoid cutting across drivers? Different driving instructors keep saying different things, whether or not my examiner takes me to a roundabout on my test, I want to know how to drive safely at all times and instances.
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
Hey you want to try move into the left lane to exit but some roundabouts may have two lanes that exit so you can simply exit on the right and then switch back to the left after the roundabout :) Hope that helps
@OfficialKenzieTv2 жыл бұрын
@@ClearviewDriving thank you for responding 😭🙏🏾. Just to clarify, So if the exit lane separates into 1 lane, automatically and safely filter into the left side of the exit lane. If the exit lane has 2 lanes stay in the right lane and switch lanes to the left when safe to do so?

Seems misleading to indicate left when leaving coz technically you aren't turning just following the lane as you spiral out. How do people tell if you are signalling to change lane or just leave? Similarly, when people indicate to go around parked vehicles to me I always think they are parking on the right. I'm not disagreeing with your teaching or saying you're wrong but the rules just seem strange
