Like supervise them in their schedules, or talking about their agenda and works for the future, maybe voice packs or stuffs like that, meeting, etc. I do think that maybe there are tech savvy people in niji but they are working as "staff" instead of directly manage the livers, hence why case like petra, months with low bitrate without her knowing, because the manager simply dont understand either. Just a theory tho.

So, in my opinion. Streaming on low bitrate/ 30fps is completely fine. A lot of viewers watch on smaller screens/ mobile devices anyway and the content happening on the screen isn't as important as the audio when you are a vtuber. I looked at some of Petra's older streams and they look just fine imo. However, being on wifi while streaming+playing online games+chatting on discord all at the same time? She must have some godlike internet to have been able to do that for so long. If you try to play fighting games/ fps online on wifi you will notice that your ping is higher than if you were on ethernet. When Smash Ultimate was coming out, Sakurai told players to please use an ethernet cable if you are going to play online in one of the Directs. I was under the impression that most people who play online games were aware that Ethernet was more stable so I'm a bit surprised to read these comments.

While it is indeed more stable, wether it is faster depends on the devices in question. If she uses 300mbit wireless but only got a 100mbit ethernet card, obviously the wireless would be faster. Then again, in regards to internet that is of no consequence if she does not also got a connection reaching these numbers. And even stability wise, we would probably talk about unnoticable margins if she has the router in the same room with her.

Nothing wrong with streaming on wi-fi. I can stream at 1440p 60fps at a bitrate of 20 000kbps on wi-fi with no issue and the router is not in my room. A cable is only necessary if your wi-fi sucks.

I actually use Wi-Fi with my computer. Honestly the latency difference is like ~1ms +. Wifi technologies have come a lot far and they are very stable now if you are on Wifi 5 or later and reasonably close to the router. With Wifi 6 or above i think the speed can theoritically go upto like 8 gbps or something which is a lot and more than anyone ever reasonably needs for a house. The other main reason I use wifi over Ethernet is also because there are a lot of thunderstorms in my area and the lightning can actually travel through ethernet and damage motherboards. That was true when copper lines were used for isp to client connection. Nowadays it is optical so maybe that problem has gone by now.
