IMO or IOI medals arent enough, although they are absolutely amazing but the main thing thats mesmerizimg about dj bhai is his business mindset, which is very rare to have for a cs background student in our country.

IMO and IOI are insanely cracked, far beyond any other olympiad. Most IMO and IOI medalists have problem solving skills that are transferable to other fields such as business, law, etc. This is why most IMO medalists from bd work at hedge funds in the finance field, because a mathematical mind is perfect for business. The average "cs background student" is not smart, they are not mathematically minded with problem solving skills. This is why a lot of them cannot succeed at other fields. But this is not true for IMO and IOI. IMO and IOI are on a completely fucking level of smart.

Running a business is much much more than ever. I know over a 100 colleagues and close juniors who did IOI, got amazing positions in ACM icpc and still never got the passion and strive for doing business. Most of them couldnt even derive that mentality to do business. 99% of them are working for heavy tech companies like FAANG. But running a business is much much more than that. DJ is a combination of both which makes him special. I am very well versed in how talented imo, ioi,icpc contestants are. I participated in icpc myself also. But no, the majority of them are not successful in business.
