It’s Matusow. I don’t see him ever raising in that spot without the nuts against those two players. Literally never. Cunningham didn’t even have to give it a second thought. Against an exploitive player like a Dwan, Ivey, Garrett Addlstein it’s a different story. Cunningham’s hand is face up for most part when he just calls, so give Ivey or Dwan a king and there’s a fair probability they go for it. Maybe even without a king.

If I’m Matusow or Feldman I’m pretty sure I’m never agreeing to play NL holdem against a lineup like this. They are so outclassed it’s not even funny. Our egos are play such a big role in our downfalls, just below our inability to realize it.

Feldman was probably alright in that lineup, he surely was better than mike the nit or chris tightass ferguson. Also, there was a huge whale coming on later which he must have known. Probably a decent spot for Feldman, and, I agree, a horrible spot for mike.

because like He said, You gotta put urself in their shoes and think what they think you have Mattusow is facing a raise and a call, so he's gotta think the initial raiser could have KQ and the person who called for sure has the Queen, so if he doesnt have KQ and 3 bets, He would have to either fold if the initial raiser shoved or call and potentially be behind. It is when you know who’s raising you. It was well known Mike was extremely tight in these games largely because he was always staked. He also is a tight player overall anyway. When Allen raises Ivey’s bet on the river and Mike raises on top of Allen’s bet. You can be 100 percent Mike has the best hand. He never mixes a bluff in that spot and so it’s easy when you know what you’re doing. GTO says call but we are not robots, when you know you know. Allens not folding that spot vs a different style player.

Ivey plays every hand people are gonna hate me for this comment but i think ivey is over rated as a player hes a whale but he has been backed in cash games what seperates him from the rest is his bank roll most of it came from andy beal he takes chances not alot of players take because of his bank roll allows him to do that nl hold em is a game of luck put a average poker pkayer in this game and give him a bank roll of 20 million and you will see these pros are over rated all of them are just ask mike he has said it in interviews phil plays in the pits thats where alot of his money comes from not poker but i guess like everything else poker needs a face and he is it look at full tilt and how phil played there he was getting so much money transfered to him he pkayed flips he didnt care i hope he does well but he will end up like the rest broke its a matter of time poker is dead now so he relys on the pits at the casinos that have a huge edge against him time will tell!!
