Chad was just desperate to get rid of the listing cause he hated Stacys husband Eric who wanted to go 2 to 1 on their investments. Also, Chad was trying to get any commission as possible. Chad goes all out for his open houses. I felt bad for Sam cause Gil still thinks its 2008. A lot of people liked the condo price was a problem. Chris gave her good advice and I liked his delivery. He basically told her to cut the losses and run. LOL! Gil lowered it to 8.5 and its still not sold. Basically Kharma bite him in the ass for sure. It would be hilarious if he literally begs Sam to relist it later in the season. Chris was more starstruck than Sam was with his listing. He wanted to list it at 20 basically getting a quarter of a million commission. Seneca and the representative knew that 13.995 was apporiate. If Jen does get her license, it would be interesting to see her on the LA chapter for season 8 as we will go back to LA for season 7 starting August 20th (After Miami wraps up).
