At level 107 you should have between 2T troops to 4T troops depending on gear, kp, and expeditions. Have you taken big losses on your attacks?

How to have troops 68 g in lv 91 bro, without gb account?

That's actually low for a lvl 91. So just on troops rewarded per lvl I should have 75g troops at lvl 91 and if you put in troops earned through expeditions, events, daily harvest bonus, and recruiter bonus I should be around 100g if not more
