just like the others said..she used Samuel's knowledge when viewing properties, she secured the property based on his advice, she used his property investors network and Alistairs sourcing company.. if she was left on her own then she prob would still have found the property but wouldnt have an investor to buy it and couldn't legally sell it on..good in theory but in reality anyone can do this if u had samuel and Alistair walking around with u and using their network of investors and sourcing company

T&C's. NDA. funds will be released after certain period of time if your investor were not to go ahead with it or reserve for another deal. Tbh there aren't many sharks in the property game. However it's always good to have your self covered. Once you start making alot of money sourcing, if your like me and come from a rough background then you can always send a few naughty lads to sort them out for you for a few Bob as you'll have all there details 😂😂 (I am joking)
