It’s horrible knowing there are people who worry if they have a roof over their heads but there are these beautiful homes being abandoned and demolished for no real good reason other than money. A real shame.

My take on it is if they can't afford a place to stay (either by buying or renting) how are they gonna keep the house in good shape. I've lived in a house that was hard to keep in good condition and sometimes it's not really worth it. I'd much rather have a landlord that has to pay for the upkeep.

It is also weird to see that granite used for countertop because it is like the tile floor in the foyer entry in my house (a house built in year 2000), it's not the first kitchen ive seen with that granite for countertop but it's been a while. My house got new kitchen countertops when it was about 15 years old so it makes sense if the house in the video got some late 90s or early 2000s kitchen and bath upgrades

The bathroom pocket doors, tile & tub were beautiful, but overall it felt like the master bathroom was a bit too crowded. I agree with you 100% on the main bathroom being the best one though--everything was so perfectly matched. It made me think of the blue & white homes in Greece, and that robin was adorable! 🥰 I liked those built in dressers, the wood colour of the flooring, the kitchen, the grapes on the light fixture, the huge porch and the red brick... this is the home i could actually imagine myself living in. I love it so much. 💔😭 P.S. That is a french door oven. You can get ones that open like microwave doors too. And thank you!

I love both those bathrooms, but I really love the blue one. Everything about it. The tiles that look quilted. Beautiful look. Loved the kitchen, just not my taste in colors. The counter tops were too busy & dark. Beautiful yard & pool too. I wished you could have shown us the front of that home. Deep, wraparound porches are the best. Take care Ethan

This is another spectacular home! Both bathrooms were awesome and the kitchen was gorgeous. These people had good taste as well as the funds to maintain this place. That big pool must have been fabulous when it was new and clean. So sad it's all going to be demolished. 🙁

Some people would love this house and I understand that housing is needed but there is nothing wrong with this house to tear it down to put an apartment building where multiple people with multiple personalities may come and ruin the neighborhood. I believe they should go to the areas where there is more land for them to do the apartments.

Land developers could find some empty blank areas to invest in since they knock everything to smithereens. Codes, zones change have to be legalized but so many nice places should have a safety preservation law that would extend the time when they’re off the market. Vandalism and other things weather, etc.but still, there should be a way to have periodical auctions before giving up on these nice homes.
