A raw coin is a coin that hasn't been graded by a major grading company such as the NGC or the PCGS. A certified coin has been graded by one of the grading companies and that grading is certified by them.

Are they all steel? There are 1943 d copper pennies that are worth almost 2 million dollars but only a few exist. The S mint marks are worth a couple more dollars than the rest but still you won’t get more than about 10 or 12 dollars for the 6 coins if you sell it online. It really just depends on the condition. The better the condition is the more valuable the coin is

Any collector that will pay top dollar for a coin most likely would want them to be graded and certified by one of the major grading companies such as the NGC or the PCGS. You can become a member of one of those companies I mentioned for a small monthly fee and they usualy come with an amount of coins you can get graded for free each month or you have to pay a fee for them to be graded then take them to any local coin shop and have them looked at for pricing
