Most combustion suffer from inadequate air hence low temperatures so try adding more air by induction draft or simple economical air fans...

Thank you for the suggestion! Adding air through induction draft or fans sounds like a great idea. Any other tips?

7:52 i like the soot catching steelwool on top... i used cookie tin & aluminium no mesh just wire frame & dogfood cans & dirt & a brick on top for my hands lasts hours
@lmtn9 күн бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! Your setup sounds really creative and effective. How do you find the performance with the brick on top? Does it help with heat retention?

10:10 i see stove & think should boil water on heater like mine does cookie tin & wireframe but I'm on tiny holes & fat penny open dual chamber wicking 3rd ring style stove one can but i like the looks of using 2 can bottom same thing but sturdier jet holes methinks... live video today trying...

Thanks for sharing your idea! The dual chamber design sounds interesting. How does the performance compare with the single can version? Looking forward to your live video!

If you add another sheet of stainless then place inside first sheet of stainless steel then rotate so the two half separate you get a turbo effect marking the flame burn much higher in length creating a spiral flame that we'll increase heat output

Make so it looks like an S shape I should of said

Sand base, run the risk of chemical contamination with the containers, and run the risk of the smoke/CO2 detectors going off. It’s best to use while winter camping
@lmtn12 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! You make a great point about the risks. Have you found any safer alternatives for indoor use, or do you prefer using it while camping?
