There was a massive riot after the game, about 900 Millwall fans were fighting with the old bill.

I lived close by at the time and can tell you it was a little bit more than a riot. They'd stored petrol bombs...! A lot of people were sent down!

What a great team Millwall was!!I am from Greece and i become a fan of the lions when i watch this team!What an atmosphere at the Den,amazing fans,that team deserve to play at the premier league,its my opinion.I was very disappoined when millwall lose this match.Anyway,i remember that great team and those amazing fans!!!Go on LIONS!!!

I never knew Dublin played for Millwall until I saw this either bloody hell Graham Taylor must have loaned him out during the season but anyways this was the night that Birmingham finally ended their Play off Semi Final jinx because for the previous 3 seasons they had made the play offs and lost at the semi final stage to Watford, Barnsley and Preston and 2 of those occasions Watford and Preston they lost on penalties. Martin Grainger was the MVP for the goal that won it for them because it was his hooked ball to Vickers that made it happen and when Vickers squared it across the face of Tony Warner's goal Stern John was never gonna miss.

However, there's no question that Vaesen looked very shaky for most of the game. Both teams should've had 2 or 3 - nerves and poor luck prevented that.
