Shit man. i have damn near a similar story. I was in behavior classes as a teenager and that’s where I met some of the wildest criminals in New Jersey. I was a good kid but got caught in the system (foster care) because of my parents mistakes. Been around drugs in the family, drugs in the streets. Today i am 40. I made it and i have a successful career and a family that loves me as much as I love them. Where i live and work, they would never know how deep in the streets i was.
