After days of hot and humid weather, today it started to rain. The baby monkey, Milo, is sitting on my lap, looking surprised with wide-open eyes, likely due to hearing the sound of thunder. As the rain begins to fall heavily outside in the garden, Milo seems slightly scared. His eyes are wide open, and he appears to be frightened by the thunder.
To comfort him, I hold him close and gently stroke his head. Despite looking a bit sleepy, Milo's eyes keenly follow the sound of the rain. Snuggled up in my lap, my hand gently rests on his head, providing comfort. As the rain intensifies, Milo's initial surprise turns to drowsiness. His little mouth opens in a yawn, showing his tiny teeth, but the loud thunderclaps continue to startle him.
Milo hugs me tightly, seeking reassurance, and I continue to caress and comfort him. Occasionally, the thunderclaps startle him, making it difficult for him to sleep. The continuous rain and thunder make him more afraid, yet he starts to feel sleepier. After some time of comforting, Milo begins to fall asleep in my lap, looking peaceful and content with his eyes closed.
My hand gently rests on his back, providing a sense of security as he drifts into a deep sleep, cuddling closely against me. His head rests on my red shirt, and his body drapes comfortably across my lap. The background shows a green garden area with a blue wheelbarrow, creating a calm and serene atmosphere.
