Guys I really had to post something about this video. Ive always loved the feeling of shallow arms but I've stalled my body and flipped and couldn't figure it out. Ive literally tried everything, clearing left, but with poor contact. Ive got down to scratch but never been happy with my ball striking. Finally after doing this tip I'm able to have success with shallow arms while spinning a low right shoulder. Something I wouldn't naturally do. Never hot the ball better in my life, bullet slight push draws that almost slightly fade right at the end like a slight S shape to my shots. The sound on contact is so crisp, I just had to thank you, like a eureka moment for me. Thank you again guys.

Henry, you are a genius! That is exactly the issue I’m having and feel. I’ve been working really hard on body rotation but the hands and arms feel over the top and I’m squaring the club face and everything is going left and steep! Thank you! 🙏

Love how you guys keep coming up with different feels and analogies! I still like the ones that provide barriers. Will be cool to start blending these together. “Fade”body but keep club under the stick!

This reminds me of Gankas's 'trippy swing drill' video. Talks about something similar Trevino talked about. Basically try to hit flip hooks with tonnes of lead wrist supination but then rotate hard and the hands never get a chance to turn over. It's quite the optical illusion. The compression is rediculous! Makes me hit clubs 20 yards farther but almost too easy to hit massive hooks if you're feeling a little stiff after the gym one day and are unable to rotate as normal. Cool vid gents.

I completely agree with this! My swing is like that too! For me to do the the “rotation” I have to “feel” like my left shoulder dives down and left and arms to right field.

Henry came up with this matchup through a feel of his own and I think it aligns pretty well 👍.

no joke I had this same epiphany a couple weeks ago. I accomplished this by swinging my arms extremely out to the right, but my body had to rotate to square up that arm swing down the target line. I think people trying to "swing left" can do the opposite of what they're trying to do. To add to opposite world, I've found that the best way to get rid of early extension is to actively try to thrust my hips at the ball. what actually happens is you get em back to go forward, and everything gets timed right. it's kind of like if you told someone to jump up, they would instinctively crouch down. golf is opposite world.

This is exactly what I have trouble with, I’ve been trying to add more rotation in, but i always feel like my hands get too far outside and I hit huge pulls. I’ll give this a try with the swinging out.

No idea is crazy I’m golf! John Erickson says you “draw it in and cut it out.” Very similar to what Henry is saying here. I like it! Great match-up.

Looking down on yourself from above, for right handers, and you are standing in the middle of a clock. Three is on your right when addressing the ball, 9 on the left. Isn't that the same feeling as coming into the ball at 4.30, draw, and exiting at 7.30, fade. I remember reading this once but was not what I was trying to do then, but now .....
