Great freestyle dancing by professional Salsa dancers Milton Cobo and Isabel Freiberger! A very nice demonstration of technical skill and musicality. Both dancers are with the "Cobo Brothers Dance Company," based in North Carolina, USA.

The song in this video clip is an instrumental version of "Via" by Al Delory. The Salsa version with lyrics is by Willy Chirino. The original Italian version (not Salsa) was by Claudio Baglioni.
The video clip was recorded during October 2010 at the 2010 Japan Salsa Congress in Tokyo, Japan. I have "borrowed" it from the original Japanese channel so that more English-speaking viewers would locate it through KZbin search and other search engines. I do not use any of my KZbin posts for revenue purposes, but just so that my subscribers and more viewers can discover clips that they might not otherwise see.

For people thinking that Milton isn't doing much 'dancing,' don't seem to know much about the art of salsa. The man leads and the woman follows. She can only really do what the man 'leads' her to do at the proper timing. Here, Isabel is able to truly showcase just how good her salsa skills are because 1) Milton is a great dancer AND leader and 2) Isabel is also a very talented dancer and follower. It takes 2 to create such eloquent dancing.

So you think he has 50 japanese around taking photos and video because he sucks? Dude's insanely good. This is a style of dancing. Not all dancing is the same. In this style he is like a ride for the girl. He takes her through all this motion which is sometimes unpredictable and she's gotta respond. Its very hard to do is and connect in this way. His method is mega smooth
