as a bucks fan i have no regret to see griffin fired ...i had been seeing no direction in our team ever since he came through ...we were never gonna pass the first round in the playoffs ...High Hops for our new Coach ...i miss coach bud tho

+1 to everything BUT coach Bud...That 1 vs 5 bully, my turn/your turn b-ball...its never gonna cut it. Fair that he lacked the perimeter offence, but it would cut Giannis' career short by-34 years with injuries. There was ZERO ball movement. What we need is play solid defence without running around as we have a vet team and let the offence blossom through simple plays cos we have the talent to support it. Get the open look pass, get the lane, get the P&R....all that with Dame, Kris, Giannis, Malik, Jae are basically buckets...guaranteed. Doc needs to keep it simple. Giannis and Dame ain't no chockers like Harden and Embiid...
@sportschool3537

@@irmasil3 I actually agree... Doc might not be an Eric Spoelstra level of genius coach but he's a good fundamental coach and his teams never play bad basketball... yeah his teams have choked away some big leads in the playoffs but at the same time why is he getting none of the credit for winning these 3 games and gets all of the blame when they lose? They win because Embiid is a monster but they lose cause Doc can't coach anymore when Embiid shits the bed? I think Doc's big problem is that he's too nice and he wants to protect his players and always takes all the blame without speaking out on the bullshit the players pull... I mean, remember that Harden butt shake and then airballing a 3 in the fucking playoffs? Thankfully he'll see none of that shit from Giannis and Dame... there's a reason that Doc's Boston teams didn't choke and played hard and good games every night... cause they didn't have any losers in them... KG, Pierce and Allen were old school, hard nosed players who didn't believe in blaming others for their failures... hell, KG stayed for 10+ years on the worst franchise on the face of the earth without ever speaking out and begging for a trade... nowadays these players always ask for more help, always blame their teammates, their coaches, everyone but themselves... it's the Lebron James effect... everyone nowadays wants to be like Bron and blame everything on everyone else but themselves... Anyway, I think the Bucks have a good chance with Doc... I would have preferred if they weren't stupid and had hired Nick Nurse at the start of the season but I'm not unhappy with Doc... never seen him coach a bad basketball team... and that's good enough to elevate this roster to a true contender level...
@irmasil3
@irmasil3 9 ай бұрын
@@sportschool3537 Yup...Couldn't have said it better. If you look back on Bucks with Bud and 6ers with Doc last year...we were playing BAD basketball, based on Giannis's immense talent to create all by himself for himself...When he went out...we were screwed. When he was in a bad day, we were blown out. BUT, I don't remember 6ers playing bad basketball....I remember their "stars" not being able to shoot to save their lives or giving up running..but the fundamentals of basketball were there. Who knows..it might be a good match after all with the Bucks. +1 on Nick Nurse, although we will find out how HIS personality handles Play offs especially if Embiid goes "vintage"....again.

@sportschool3537

Yeah? Well, I'm sure Embiid and Harden knew how to choke very well before Doc ever showed up... but of course we live in the 2020s... after the 2010 began the Lebron Era... the era of blaming everyone but the players... I mean who cares if these "star players" are cowards that don't have the balls to compete in big games and are only good for the regular season... let's blame the coach because they can't make a fucking open jumper when it really counts... Doc is just too nice to actually tell the truth and say that some of his players that blew those leads are fucking losers and that putting 100% of the blame on the coach shows that fans nowadays don't know shit about basketball... cause his teams actually got up 3-1... how was that done? The players won on their own while the coach was bad and suddenly when they lose it's just the coach's fault? Fuck off... I blame the players more than the coach because the players actually PLAY THE FUCKING GAME AND LOSE!!! Coach can only guide them...
