This isn't stepping! It's just dancing, how disappointing....(the edit)....10:11, she's a very good dancer mind you. I thought it was the stepping that some college kids do with their feet, like musical drumming, similar to tap dancers, but not the same. That's just me though.

This statement is hilarious first you definitely listen to the propaganda! There are more black children in HBCU than there can ever be so called unaliving each other!
