13:30: You feel like you should try and make yourself atleast eat something. Yet again the things you swallow feel like there's an invisible layer of broken glass sprinkled over the surface. In particular the water you try to swallow feels horrible, like hot cooking oil sliding down your throat. There's still about three quarters of the water still left in the glass, but the idea of drinking the rest seems almost... frightening. You turn on the kitchen radio for some background noise and begin to pace back and forth, trying to build up the courage to do something as simple as consume a glass of water. You think to yourself how stupid it is that you can't complete such a simple task, so you seize the glass of water and drink almost half of what remains. The pain of it striking your throat causes you to immediately release your grip on the glass before frantically flailing your arms in pain. You return the sofa in the living room, defeated.
