What the .... is this... Not this match but this potato video quality with such low frames per second. Are v living in 2002? ITTF if you can't upload videos at 1080p at 60fps, then don't upload at all. Couldn't watch the match even for a minute.

The cat with the mouse, Mima Ito could play however she wanted and have a bit of fun in the mean time, this was really too easy for her. Disappointing semi final.

Someone commented Ito played better than Miu against this chopper. Miu played very close games and lost 3-4. Ito won not easily but comfortably. The only difference between ito and Miu is in their head. Miu is still trying to come back from 2017 when she surprised the world by beating China’s too 3 players to win Asian championships. She was queen if Japan. Too much attention for a 17 year old. Lost focus on her game badly. Ito in other hand was steadily improving and playing with no pressure whatsoever. Miu had to keep winning because it was expected. After all, she was the most celebrated athlete in Japan. Too much pressure for too young a girl. I still believe she will be back soon

Not much insight. Both girls are better now than when they were teenagers. Only difference is that their opponents now know how to play them better. Miu could have been the best. Bit she she is still great and still beautiful.

Why do some TT athletes choose to play chopper style. There has never been a chopper who has won a prestigious tournament or been number 1 in rankings. Also they are boring to watch. Those long rallies are not always exciting to watch. Suh Hyowon of Korea is exception because she is nice to look at. Also she does play aggressive at times in a match more so than other choppers.

Also, it seems Mima Ito and Miu Hirano seem to have fun and when they play choppers, and use the game to practice their slam shots.

@@peterflorino9016 yes there has been..even though they haven't won the wttc or world cup...some have won the super series platinum events which is commendable.also there are quite a few who regularly beat the top players...and it also provides variation in game play.hao ying chao recently won Chinese national championship.ito is in top of her game right now and she even beats the chinese..so we cant judge on the basis of this match

The world has many big events and not everyone can be world champion or top5...choppers have been top ranked in their countries like joo and Gionis and many have been national and state champions...for some people even winning a college title is a big thing..happiness is the ultimate goal not winning.. lastly I am a chopper n I dont chop to win..but to enjoy my game.😃
