To anyone reading this: ❤ Dont worry about having to present to the class. Theyre too nervous for their own presentation, and the people who already went are too focused on if they think they did good enough. Nobody will remember YOUR project. ❤ Dont worry about that exam. If you’re that anxious that it won’t go good, then make sure you study well. Dont just read the answers out, but make flashcards. or cover the answers and see if you can memorize them. ❤ You dont have to stress about the kids who are giving you a hard time. Ik you probably hear this a lot, but its most likely because they are insecure (this is coming from someone who used to bully people). Sure, its not an excuse for them being rude, but at least its nothing personal. I just want to let you know that you don’t deserve to be bullied in any way. You are amazing ❤ ❤ You shouldn’t waste your time caring about what that horrible teacher thinks. I’ve had a lot of bad teachers in my time. I’ve been gaslit by teachers, had teachers compare me to my siblings (negatively) in front of the class. Ive had teachers yell at me because of the people who i was friends with. And trust me. They are not worth being angry at, and they are certainly not worth your stress. If they cant see how much of a fcking legend you are, then why let their opinion break you down? ❤ One last thing: Its normal to feel anxiety. Its normal to be stressed. Its normal to feel like shit sometimes. Its normal to just want to give up on everything some days. You are not crazy or weird for having emotions and feelings. ❤ However if its really dragging you down, and with every passing day, it becomes more and more unbearable. Meditate. Go outside. Hang out with people you love. Take a walk. I personally like to bring a sketchbook to the park, and draw whatever stands out to me. where it be a person, or a piece of trash in the grass. just try to sit back and relax for a second. and once your ready, try to take control of those negative emotions before they start to control you.
