I bought a sewing machine a year ago, took it out once, got frustrated w/setting up thread and NEVER USED IT😂❤. I need a beginner tutorial. I've sewn years ago, but lost my confidence. This is such a great dress, perhaps I'll try again - great, job🎉❤!! PS show off the finished product, please model and take time to show off😅!!

I was the same. Now after working oil a few simple projects and buikt up my confidence level, I made myself a skirt and a few blouses. Take it slow and what helped me out was sewing the same item that was shown step by step on KZbin. Good Luck!

I felt the same but I realized I was having unrealistic expectations for a brand new sewist. I highly suggest you start with basic girl dresses with 100% cotton fabrics from Hobby Lobby. They are easy to move and is so much easier to sew. Then, gradually start with adult simple tops and so on. Using lining with adhesive makes things soooo much easier for thin fabrics ❤❤❤ you got this!!
