Make a Blot! You should Look for sacriface for God or Godess. It can be food, item or alkohol. You should light a candle (you can do it without candle if you pray outside). Draw by finger in air rune of God you want to speak. Make incantation like: Freyr God of Love etc... I (say your name) invite you here... Next give to God your sacriface. Say I am giving (name of item) to you... You have to taste a bit of sacriface. If you drink alcohol, drink it with the God like drink with friend. Put sacriface into bowl. Next talk with the God and Look into the candle like Look into his eyes. End talk and say good bye. Remember! Sacriface should be destroy after or in time of ritual by one of 4 elemental. You can for example burn sacriface or bury it.
