Navia benefits with crystalizing, and she needs to be on field constantly. So what you need are chars like Raiden, Fischle, Yae Miko, Kokomi, Furina who put elements on enemies constantly on the bench. Anemo won't spread geo so Kazuha probably won't work as well as Zhongli or Albedo because double Geo team boost your dmg and ulti charging speed.
