A mother’s hardships are usually trivialised saying “har koi paida krta ha”, but no one realises the toll it has on body and mental health and overall health in general. Love to all mums, you’re amazing ❤

@@EzzaKhan-qc4qu but I have not wasted my profession, that was the hardest time of my life, but when that phase passed, and I got back in my senses, after 7yrs of my marriage I started working and I am working now as a developer. Even in those 5yrs which were very tough, I was doing short courses, learning whenever I got a chance. So I had awareness but still lack of support resulted me to get in depression.

I’m not a mother, I’m still unmarried, I’m turning 30 soon so I don’t know if this is in my written in my naseeb even and chances are getting lower but what I will say is I absolutely loved this episode and found it so informative and genuine! She spoke so clear, she has a glow about her and she seems so sensible & smart. It’s clear she’s researched into motherhood whilst living it. I hope she’s a beautiful inspiration for all mothers regardless of whether their new mothers or been mothers for decades ❤

I absolutely loved this interview.. heard it while cleaning up my kids room.. I loved minal in Jalan.. I'm sure it must be hard for her to deal with weight gain during pregnancy.. I went through the same and right after my delivery my mil would frequently tell me how maybe the dr left another baby in my tummy since it's still so big 😢 it's hard listening to someone criticize your appearance after your delivery.. ugh more power to all the beautiful moms out there

Good to see young mothers, who are fit , stylish, living their lives, working and have progressive husband ! Hope , these out dated concept spread by senior artists and even young artists , that actresses in leading roles should be under 20’s , and trolling actresses who are fit and talented , really needs to stop ! What a beautiful talented artists ❤

Taking prenatal pills and bone broth are the two things I could swear by in pregnancy. I have had two pregnancies so far in my early 30s and mid 30s and Alhumdulillah they went super smooth and all I remember is my Obgyn always asking if I’m taking my prenatals everyday On a side note- this was such a relatable and informative conversation 👏🏼

@sobirhodes32602 ай бұрын
@ Prenatal vitamins are multivitamins that contain the vitamins and minerals that are important for pregnant women or women who are trying to get pregnant. They contain more of some nutrients than regular multivitamins. They usually have more folic acid comparatively that is essential for fetus development

Beautiful, informative, real and inspiring interview. I love and adore these sisters they are so grounded, real and just pure hearted souks. If you look at it this way they became successful and are idolized by so many people that it would have been so easy to get to there head, but no not these girls, they are so grounded and I feel that's alot to do with there upbringing and supportive family, especially parents. These 2 are pure gems and I love there interviews especially minal she's my favourite out of the 2. So thanks Mam for such an amazing interview one can learn so much from her positive attitude and outlook to life. For me you to are very inspiring mam, your looking so fresh, healthy and 100% don't look 50. We women and girls can learn so much from your positive attitude towards growing old that 50 isn't the end of you but the beginning of a new chapter and that you should embrace it with a view, i will take care of my appearance, mental health and Willl stay active and healthy, . So looking at you 50 doesnt look scary . Infact it feels as if your still young and can still have many adventures and experiences your my inspiration. Please keep bringing us new content just love and enjoy watching your videos. I learn so much fro. Your interviews and other content. If I'm having down day or my health js at its worse I watch your videos they put smile on my face so thank you for doing this for us from the bottom of my heart

She handled everything on her own . There was no house help . Father is not someone who vl provide atleast emotional support to her . How difficult it must have been for her to take care of the baby, and do all the other house chores daily . Aah ...
