During 1990 I was there in Surat at Palanpur Patia and used to pass through Adajan patia for my office.... during that time I never saw these Omelette/egg shops... may be this is new innovation in Surat. Once I've to go there to taste it. Great ideas...

Sir i have one question for you.... Aap itna food explore karte ho all over the India itna heavy food khate ho but you still looks very fitt and handsome just like me... 😜 Plz batao aap apni body ko maintain kaise karte ho kyoki main to dailly apne gym me 2 hours heavy workout karta hoon. Tab jake mushkil se sunday ko apni pasand ki koi dish kha pata hoon. Aap dailly itna heavy food khane ke baad apni body ko itna well shape kaise rakhte ho? 🤔 Its a god gift ya aap bhi koi exercise karte ho?

yes i do lot of work out.... i don't go to gym. i am sure that has nothing on weight loss...i do lot of running.. some breathing expercise... but yes i do that daily for 40 mon.. morning 5.15 am to 6 am.... fixed time... get up at 4.45 am... sleep at 8.30 or max by 9 pm.... try to balance out my food with excessive and consistent work out....
