That gentle rocking back and forth in manual mode can also be used to get about six or eight images in focus at different points on the subject and then stack those images with software like Photoshop and other free software. Great video!

Neat! You've adapted a long-ago off-camera "peanut" flash technique (which required calculating size ratios with flash-to-subject distances, in the few inches range) to our 21st century DSLR/mirrorless cameras, to your small hand-held LED panels. AWESOME!!!!!

Would the rgb panel go be sufficient enough for macro shots?

Valid point about constant light, even if used to attain focus for when shooting w/flash. Big guy gets spooked by tiny bee😁, but we get the idea.

How do you deal with a slight breeze moving your flowers or plants while you're shooting them. I try waiting, but it seems the wind doesn't stop until I give up.

That's generally when and why you want to use lighting like in this video or a speedlight so you can shoot with a faster shutter speed which will help with the moving object.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. For macro photography, our products provide a continuous light source. When you're shooting macro it's extremely helpful to shoot using constant light. With a constant light, like the panel pro, you can see how light is affecting your steam in real-time. Since you're shooting such a small subject, your light source completely changes the mood of your image.
