I had similar problem,but had to work on myself,I used to talk girls okay,but when i start to fancy them,I would get all nervous and anxious.how i got past it,is try to work on your social skills and build your social circle up,youl meet girls naturally and get there whatsapp or number,then asking them out through message is much easier.try not to desire girls too much.
