I made this video for my kids to do in the mornings so they could have a great start to their day. Hopefully, it will help you and your kids have a great start too. #stayhome #WithMe
This is a short practice to start your day. The first three minutes focus on yoga (stretching and breathing). The last minute or so focuses on mindful meditation (breathing and a message about self-confidence).
