when we started repeating the phrases, I immediately burst out crying! I've been feeling so much anxiety and overwhelmed lately, that I think that cry was a much needed release. Thank you!!

man, I’ve been extremely overwhelmed and depressed lately where I almost feel apathy toward things that should make me feel terrible. There have been many times where I want to cry but just can’t no matter how hard I try. When you got me repeating to allow myself to let go, it felt like I pulled a cork out of the drain and I felt my emotions erupt out of me. I’ve been just getting into meditating semi regularly recently and this one really flipped a switch in my brain in that moment where I could finally feel my anguish and accept it and I cried much harder than I have in many years. Thanks so much.

Thank you this helped me so much earlier today. I was able to drift into a peaceful rest at lunchtime and then go back to work refreshed. I was so overwhelmed before and simply searched YT for a meditation for overwhelm. I was lucky to find you almost straight away. I'm quite picky with the voice of the guides I listen to and your voice was just right :)

Can someone please tell me why I have the feeling to cry? Why my eyes start watering when I listen to any calming meditation videos? Is it bad for me? Do I need to cry it out? Please help me

You need to cry it out! “shedding emotional tears releases oxytocin and endorphins. These chemicals make people feel good and may also ease both physical and emotional pain. In this way, crying can help reduce pain and promote a sense of well-being.”

I hraveyness in my chest and heart area and I can't swallow it feels like rock in throat. I feel like I am going to fall over dead and have heart attack in front of my kids it comes and goes but it has gotten worse and go to hospital alot. Pls help it's my anxiety

I feel like Im going insane right now. My ears are ringing, my vision is blurry, like Im going blind, there are so many voices and songs playing in my head without shutting up, I feel like Im going to pass out, my brain feels like a PC being forced to go out, like Im slowly going into blackscreen. I feel like Im going to die right now. I dont wanna die, I dont wanna die. I dont have anyone to talk to right now. How can I be sure Im just overwhelmed, how do I know it doesnt kill me when everything is going blurry and hurts. Why does this mediation not help, I cant concentrate on the words, Im too scared of dying right now. Please help I dont know what to do, I dont wanna pass out, I dont wanna go insane, I dont wanna die

I feel like this saved my life tonight. I was so overwhelmed and stressed after a hard long day at work. I cried 2 min into this and it helped release the weight I was feeling. Meditation is medicine for me.

Anxiety has recently been overcoming me. I’ve been waking up with my heart beating so fast. I have little to no appetite everyday. I have horrible doubts about myself and how much of a failure I am in life. To anyone going through the same, I just hope you know that we can slowly get over it. This will not happen overnight so remember take things slow🤍 I love you, you little stranger ☺️🫶🏽✨ we’re all trying. I am still trying 🙏🏽

As you will know from my previous comments to some of your other vids, I have significantly benefitted from your meditations since discovering them shortly after my diagnosis with MS in 2015. One of the worst symptoms, the one that is the leading cause of people with ms giving up work apparently, is fatigue. Wish I could clearly articulate what this is like, as it’s not mere tiredness, being caused, as it is, by the damage done to the brain, alongside inflammation. Despite everything you do and tell yourself, the low feelings, the sense of being overwhelmed is impossible to keep at bay when you’re in the grip of full on fatigue! This has been my day today and I’d anticipated falling into bed in a stressed out state. How great therefore that you provided this mindfulness today. One word comes to mind - exquisite! The melding of your voice, the music, the affirmations - the words you use - hit the sweet spot! I’ll be heading to bed feeling less burdened and overwhelmed - thanks as always. N

I am using this because of my friend’s dog (we’re having a sleepover i guess-). It’s currently 3 AM (like exactly 3 am) and we just went upstairs to go to the bathroom, and my friend’s dog is literally so odd like i swear he was literally barking so we ran down the stairs like he was a demonic creature 😭😭😭 Anyways this helped thank you

It helped me think clearly because I so overwhelmed with the dentist's orders about brushing teeth more than 3 times a day, and my mom's orders about keeping my piano space clean. I know what to do keep everyone happy including myself. I am going to brush my teeth four times a day and use a mouthwash after my snack. I am going to clean my piano space every two days. I am going to get my mom's and my cat a new scratching post by my piano space because the old small scratching post is disgusting and crumbling. That will take care of the white dust on the floor by my piano space.
