I have played this as a backtrack while working and my productivity increases drastically, other motivational KZbin vids are great but you don't remember the lessons you learn and it doesn't become a habit or a part of who you are it's kind of information overload but it serves a purpose. But this is definitely better, can literally see the improvement and the positive reprogramming at work. Thank you so much! You changing lives - keep it up please!!

Hey Alex from Mindful Waves, I want to seriously thank you for these videos. Ive had my ass kicked in life and these tracks help replace the echoes of my PTSD. I can hardly remember 2019, it was a disassociated self destructive blur while I was recovering. From being a morbidly obese drug addicted loser to now I am working on my businesses, music and fitness. My life is seriously coming together, and I see a future for the first time ever. I have your videos on constantly while I do things, they keep me moving forwards. I hope you have an abundant life ahead of you, this energy is very appreciated.

I'm currently struggling with drug addiction plus mental issues from narcissistic abuse that went on my whole life until I realised a few years back. I'm gonna be 30 in a few months and feel like I'm going nowhere. I have electrical qualifications yet I work as a cleaner cause I'm in supported housing and can't have a good job or else I don't have a place so I'm just depressed. I lost the best job I ever had because my grandmother who I was raised by hid some tools I brought home from work as I was on call for a mental hospital. I know it was her even though I can't prove it, even though at the time I didn't suspect her I most definitely do now I give it a proper thought. I told her how others had been sacked for losing tools because if the patients get a hold of them it's a bad situation. Anyways I don't wanna ramble my life story here, I'm just depressed, angry and lonely. I'm a good person I've just made some bad decisions. Glad this is working for you and hope I can say that I've crawled out of this hole too at some point. Take care bud. I'm happy for you man 🙂

This video helped save my life. My self esteem, the trust and belief I had of & within myself. I was hanging onto faith the size a mustard seed when I found this video of early 2021. Since then I have gotten SO much better with my discipline and structure listening to this in the Rising. So much goodness happens, has happened and is happening in my life because of the seeds this video sowed into my and ME making them happening After realizing that me and only save me.

I listen to this normal speed at night and increase the playback speed to 1.50 in the morning on my way to work :-) The entire meditation is wonderful. My 2 Favorite affirmations " I now do all that can be done each day" and "...the only time that matters is now" Thank you so much for this.

Been consuming alot of discipline content this is my second day listening to the full video i did listen to about half the video well sleeping 2 days back but i find actually saying them most effective. So what i did is i put it on as i was starting my day brushing mh teeth and the like went for a run then relaxed a bit after the run and continued saying them aloud well gaming a bit and now the video finished and man always feel so good i feels its starting to get more engrained

Given that struggling in this area (time management, productivity, discipline) is often an anxiety filled experience, I personally feel that there's tremendous benefit to having a recording of affirmations like this that is soothing and calming to such anxiety. I am using it as a tool to reprogram my subconscious mind...and just set this way of being... Not merely doing....on auto pilot. I'm a work in progress... Early work in progress, but your approach to this piece was exactly what I needed. I'm sure I'm not alone. As you consider audiences, it might be helpful to remember that not everyone is called to do the exact same thing and there are tons and tons of high energy, let's go, hyped up type of motivational videos and even "higher energy" affirmation videos. Ones like this are likely in the minority, making this a gem. Just my thoughts. I appreciate you. Thank you for this.

I disagree, i prefer calm. If he was more enthusiastic it would be okay, its just a different vibe. I've seen other affirmation videos that are more enthusiastic, but i wouldn't want the speaker to put on too much of an act. And that's my two cents😊

His first affirmation “is every minute of my day is focused and productive.” That sounds like a untruth. I don’t think the human nature would accept that nor would we even want that. I wanna give you kudos for trying. But I would also encourage you to rethink your affirmations such that there’s something we would actually want to have happen in our lives. You’ll need to use better vocabulary that speaks to a wider audience also. I’ll tell you what I’ll give it a try and then come back to critique you :-)

Maybe because you are guilty of not being disciplined. But do not worry. It is normal. I believe that you are here because you have the desire to improve yourself and is now working on it. :) Shake away the guilt,forgive yourself, and focus on moving forward with discipline.

Maybe, it's fine.. But freaks like me are afraid. Eg " I am never late" has a potential of subconscious catching on the word 'late' But "I am always on time" avoids that risk. So if u think there are more freaks like me, it'd be nice if u provided a "never"-less affirmations version of this one...bcz this one is amazing otherwise

Time management comes “easily,” not “easy.” I’m sorry, but I can’t listen to this way of speaking. Being in control of my time comes completely “natural” to me? This hurts my ears. Then these mistakes repeat. Otherwise I would like this file. Too bad 😐
