I agree. But one of my best hack for consistency that’s been working well for me is just Start driving there. Half the battle is getting up and going. Once I get some free time. I just start driving In the direction of the gym. Or the tennis court ,Sounds dumb but it’s like I don’t give my mind time to say no and then once I’m in the parking lot I’m already here why leave ? 🤷🏾♂️ works for me

Adam's advice starting at 7:25 I think is the best by far. I think that's great advice for doing just about ANY project or goal. Just tell yourself you'll do just a little bit, a few sets, 15 minutes, whatever it may be. You'll often end up doing more once you get into it. Kind of a thing that is similar is breaking down larger goals or projects into small, even tiny, chunks, that are easier to tackle. My Dad has given me this advice too and I think it's very wise.

Going to the gym first thing in the morning 7 days a week has been the best thing I have ever done for staying consistent and building discipline! Also because I’m not the strongest in the mornings, it’s been great from letting go of my ego and focusing more on lifting what feels good. I’ve consistently been getting stronger without doing RPE10 of +80% of my 1RM.

I love making it happen on the weekends. Today I'm teaching yoga and Zumba. I lift tomorrow with my teenagers. We also lift Wednesdays and Fridays after school.

The 'four sets of squats' comment was gold. There's days where I've just done 200 pull ups. There's days where, again, like he said, I've walked into the gym with the I'm just going to do this mentality and end up kicking ass. Consistency is hard to maintain, but knowing when to take a day off or easing your foot off the gas is important!

Let’s cut to the chase, there is no hack, no easy way. You’re gonna have to work and work hard everyday on yourself to gain maximum benefits.! I’m a 5am’er and you sure as shit see the same people you’re absolutely right.

A 10 minute walk after a meal is more effective than metformin for glucose metabolization. Small things like that are very easy to stay consistent with and make a big difference.

Growing up I used to workout in my parent’s garage. When I started going to the gym I would get bothered that I couldn’t follow my routine due to the crowd and the equipment not being available. I had to be honest with myself. Was I going to compete as a power lifter or bodybuilder? No! So I started my workouts with 15-30min walks on the treadmill. I would get my endorphins going after the 30min mark. I would then go to any machine and just chase the pump. Started structuring my workouts as FullBody. The 30min walks would give me my feel good endorphins and the FullBody routine gave me that awesome FullBody pump.

Real shit, I’ve been training for 10 years, I absolutely hate mornings but in the last year I decided I wanted to find a way to make more time for my wife and pets so I started training early in the morning before work and it’s only be beneficial especially at work after training. It makes me too sore and gets rid of my excess energy so I’m less of a dick the rest of the day.

I’m consistent on my number of days a week but my days vary and I feel there isn’t much of a plan when working around my schedule effecting my upper lower split that I try to create more consistency but not seeing much gains with it. Could my various days a week effect my rest days if I’m at least having 24 to 48 hours between my last set in the muscle.

DK Singhji... Aap tho bahut pessimistic ho Congress ke baare mein. The siblings are battling against their mothers' loyalist. The power politics is not easy. It is important that Congress becomes strong for healthy democracy in India. Nevertheless, BJP is doing good work on ground as well.

No offense but does the guy in the black shirt even workout? It’s hard taking advice from someone who’s in worse shape than me?! I’m 45 and just started working out last March. After a 15 year layoff and I already look better. I’d like to see a show shirtless to find out if I want to listen to you guys anymore?! No homo. Keto/fasting/running/weights=shredded 215 old man.
