I think the most important take away is to just do something, even a walk or stretching. Doing something vs. nothing is how those habits stick. And not touched on, but consistency in clean eating is a must throughout all of this. Small, stackable habits.

100% agree on hiring a trainer coach…..I was lucky enough to work with a real strength coach for free, one day a week for about 9 years. I learned so much from him….I learned something new everytime we were together.

@mindpumpshow How can I figure out which of your programs is the best for me to start with? I am a 52 year old woman, some weight lifting experience, I can workout 3 times a week, 30-45 min, mostly from home but I have quite a bit of equipment

Happy new year . I just bought map anabolic . I’m coming from a bro split one body part 5 days a week. I’m 6 feet 270, I was on keto and fasting all October and November I eat carbs this holiday went from 256 to 270. I know it mostly water weight but I panic and go back on keto. With the program should I continue to eat 5 meals a day and not really count calories at the moment until my hormones get in track and body get use to more calories .

At the very end when someone asks how to know if they're personal trainer is good or not, and Adam says "Ask them if they listen to Mindpump". 😂 I literally thought he was joking. Then he began talking more about it, and insinuated that if a trainer doesn't listen to Mindpump, they probably aren't a good trainer. Wow, that's unbelievable ignorance, delusion, and ego. So crazy that he was being dead serious about that. It's also funny that Sal didn't chime in. I feel like he 100% would have chimed in, in agreement if he remotely believed that was true. Sal always verbally backs things he agrees with, and never bites his tongue. Him being silent tells me that he was thinking that what Adam was saying was ridiculous. This type of thing is par for the course with Adam.
