Please change your customer communication system because in my experience I find it terrible and poor. For the past 3 weeks I've been trying to get in touch with you because I need to buy medical equipment for my new medical practice. I've sent emails, sent messages from your website by filling the form on your website, I've sent inquiries for specific models (products) which I need, but no answer. Why can't you have a WhatsApp line so we have instant conversation and so that our questions are answered as fast as possible? Why should we need in 2023 to contact you through email, and wait several hours just for a little response from you ? I thought such a company would be joinable easily but not at all.
