I love watching this vacation vlogs. When I was growing up during 60s (dating myself) we camped several times a year, either to the beach or to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. We even camped from our home state of South Carolina to California and back.

It is absolutely so exciting to see Landon enjoying himself as much as the other kids and his cidp not interfering with the trip!! So completely proud. Love the seal life center. We were there over 20 years ago, wow how time flies. I think it’s worth what they ask for admission. Less than $20 a person is a good price for what it is.

Loved our visit to Seward a few years ago! Yes the smell is strong but loved Seward! We took a boat tour the wildlife was amazing.

Have not been to Alaska in about 33 years, sure is different. We are coming next June. Thanks for giving us some ideas. We are, thinking fishing for red salmon. Am I wrong about the timing? Fun to see your family, I will probably have some of my grown kids with me. They have never been to Alaska. My sister in law has lived there for 45 years.

You should have the Landon read the “ The Hatchet” by Gary Paulsen. There are a series of books. They are so good I read them with my son when he was little.

I loved visiting Seward. Everyone was so friendly. I remember mentioning to a waitress that I had never had Salmon before. About halfway through my meal she brought me out a small piece of salmon to try. She said I couldn't visit Alaska and not try the salmon. It was delicious. My daughter also got to see a seal pop up out of the water right outside the restaurant window. She has loved seals since she was a little girl. What a highlight for her!!!

Hubby and I were camping just down from you that same night! Wish we'd known, would loved to have said hi! We ended up waiting 1.5 hours to eat at Apollo's. Crazy long lines! The weather was sooo nice though. Great time to visit Seward.

This might be a strange question, but do the mountains ever NOT HAVE ANY SNOW ON THEM???? ABSOLUTELY LOVE AQUARIUMS 👍🥰❣️ (not the captive animal part) but still like being able to see the fish and rescue animals up close 👍🥰❣️ LOVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU CAN LEARN FROM THEM...
