पहले मै fixed मइंडसेट का था बहुत दब्बू था डरपोक शर्मिला और एकदम बेकार जिससे मै बीमार भी हो गया था फिर मैंने ब्रामहाचार्य का पालन करना शुरू किया meditation, exercise, running, ये सब शुरू किया आज मै sigma हु अब मेरे सामने अच्छे अच्छो का confidence down हो जाता है और problems मेरे लिए एक game की तरह है
