MINDSET CHANGE COULD HELP IN CORRUPTION FIGHT - Gen Kyaligonza

To him, only mindset change can make success of the fight against corruption in a society where individuals have spoilt the name of government.
He partly blames the vice of corruption on what he views as too much freedom and legislative weaknesses a trend he wants changed.
But as he seeks to retain his seat as NRM National Vice Chairperson for western Uganda, one could be asking; who is General Matayo Kyaligonza?
