Govt won't save you. Your therapist won't save you. Hell, even that one friend who says "We're like family" who would sell you up the river in a heartbeat if they had a chance won't save you. Nobody is coming to save you. Proceed mindfully. Don't get lost in self-help videos/books, b/c that keeps you in a cycle of not actually taking action. You know wtf to do, take action. If you don't know where to start, are you smoking or drinking or smoking pot everyday? That's the place to begin. Start changing that shit. It isn't easy and it isn't fun, but when it's hard, it's worth doing.

It doesn’t matter? Actually it does matter because I want to make myself feel different emotions, to embrace them and know how to deal with them. Plus, I want to be achieve something beautiful and unique in my life. Not just for me.. but for what my family and friends can be inspired by. In fact, I am father with 1 year old daughter.. and I plan on motivating her and giving her wisdom because I want her to be aware of people like you that bring negativity into this world while she can be bright and strong. To give love and support and kindness. Maybe be an open minded soul my friend. Good luck to you because you are stuck inside your own head. Learn to accept others motivations and inspirations.
