It's a bit too slow to be considered trance (it seems to be 125 BPM, which is within the range of House which is 120~135 BPM [135 is pushing it]). It'd definitely be considered more Progressive House than Trance in this case. You can hear too that synth in the BG lots of Prog. House producers tend to use, so it just tends to naturally give off that impression. xD
