Great video. I own the bag and I like it despite a few shortcomings. I don't carry my laptop in it.

Not sure I share your criticisms. Yes, you could flip open the back in a crowd and expose your camera gear to theft, but that could be said of backpack. The feature was DESIGNED for standing in surf, or dirt, or pretty much anywhere where putting your bag down isn't desirable because you'd get it dirt or wet. Also, on the security aspect, because it is accessible from the backside only, it is MORE secure as people can't just come up from behind and take your camera equipment. So when you are creating a review, take in account the way the item is designed. It's like criticizing a car for not performing well underwater.

It would be better if you just show the features of the bag with less talking. What stuff should be placed in the bag is no longer your concern.
