I have severe panic and anxiety, and lately, things going on in my life leave me feeling very, VERY scared and afraid. I just found this and never knew this existed before today. Whatever this is is taking away my fears and is helping me relax enough to sleep. Thank you so very much for this. I am deeply grateful to you and your channel.

I just came across this video. I’m being treated for severe anxiety and panic attacks and after 30 minutes of listening to this, coupled with my medication, my chest and muscle pains have eased tremendously. Thank you for uploading this. Thank you deeply. 🙏

I found your channel by searching a couple of years back when I was very unwell. It helped me greatly. I now listen regularly to different ones to try and maintain my mental health and get me through rough patches. I have recommended you to others too. I just wanted to say thank you for the stuff you post and I hope you continue your work. Thank you again.

Thanks for this reaffirmation. I'm new here and quite skeptical, but I'm at a very low spot in my life where anxiety has taken its grip to me. I'm willing to try anything at this point. Your positive review has already let a weight off of my mind, letting me get a glimmer of hope. Thank you again.

What is this sorcery? This channel has proven to me that my brain responds well to subliminal messages, but it especially likes this binaural beats track. I have pretty severe panic disorder, but was stable and hadn't had an attack for a couple of years. Then my meds were switched and I've been going through hell for the past two months, with high daily anxiety and super long, rolling panic attacks. This channel, and especially this track, has helped me cut way back on the Xanax. Thank you so, so much.

I have been suffering with anxiety and panic since I was a child. I'm now 69 and thankfully have found binaural beats and sound frequency. That and medication have helped.

Thomas, it would be great if you could do a custom hypnosis session like these, for fibromyalgia sufferers 😁 for pain, dizziness.. I've done a vlog for specifics I'm seeking hypnosis for.. I would partake in a trial of using the custom fibro session and vlog it -the progress.. what do you think? I would vlog the improvements / review and entitle it as... my fibromyalgia hypnosis review... or something like that.

I have panic disorder and agoraphobia. This helps so much! I'm going to try it before going in public tomorrow ☺ thank you so much for sharing this. How many times a day should I use this? or is it an as needed type of thing? thanks again!
@MindsinUnison7 жыл бұрын
Hi Rachel, thank you so much for your message. It varies. Some people will only have to listen a few times, whilst others will need to listen for many hours over the course of a few days or weeks. I would recommend listening for an hour a day until you achieve the changes you desire :)

Everything I read says not to overdo binaural beats. But my panic is so bad I have to listen to this a few times a day sometimes. That is still okay?!?

What do the binaural beats have to do with anything? Just curious does anyone know?

Allen Sharako Binaural beats- it's like reprograming our subconcious mind.

My question is how long does it take to reprogram our brains using these binural beats and get off the meds
@barrycostello18626 жыл бұрын
Pleroma binaurals are NOT a replacement for medical treatment. They are there as complimentary care. If you listen they will help you each different binaural carries a different purpose so you can listen to one like any song and it may resonate with you you may feel good after listening and some can just make you worse I know some that are intended to make you more clever like the one with the word Quantum that I listened to made me angry and confused. You just have to find what sits with you and work with it listen once or twice a week or once a day for 15-20minutes.
