you need some ranks first of all do /stats to see info about ranks also /info or /help should answer all your issue

@@DontVinoh yes also I don't think that it is a bug because you probably haven't made a pull request to Anuke to add your servers to the servers_v7.jar

we already did, it just some specifics device that can't connect to our server. can you join the discord we need more info on this rare bug
